Tom has been a Mercedes-Benz service advisor for 11 years. He has 25 years prior in the automotive aftermarket service. He also handles the Mercedes-Benz roadside calls on nights, weekends, and holidays. Tom is looking foward to being sunnyside up on the retirement stage.

After returning to Pa in 2005, Rick began a new career in the automotive industry as a service consultant. Todd has been in the automotive business since the mid 1980's and with Tom Masano Auto Group since late 1999. A lifelong fan of German technology he always has a few car projects going on the side. Currently working on an 85 300D and has never met a damaged Mercedes-Benz he did not consider buying. Doesn't seem to have much of a home life but working on that one too. On a side note: Probably not as mean as he looks.
Bob has been in the automotive business since the late 1980's and with Tom Masano Auto Group since 1999. Having grown up in the automotive business he's owned or worked on many makes and models. Currently sharing a C-class with his wife and working on an early Jeep and a Chevrolet Corvair. And if working is not enough he has several teenagers at home to keep him busy in addition to an interest in music. On a side note: Probably knows more about your car than you do.
Nate has been in the automotive field for a few years and with Tom Masano Auto Group since 2009. He enjoys trading in and out of various cars as a hobby. Still young and in the junk phase he has not yet owned a Mercedes-Benz. In addition to working and changing cars like other people change shoes he has a new family and an interest in graphic design. On a side note: Probably not as innocent as he looks.
