The service department at Tom Masano MBZ was by far the best I have ever encountered. The service manager Steve Bare went above and beyond. I recently purchased a brand new 2024 GLS 580 with an MSRP of 125K from Tom Masano, shockingly just a day after taking delivery i began to experience significant issues with the car. Firstly, there was a loud squeaky noise coming out of the drivers seat when the cooling seat was turned on, additionally, there is a rattling noise noticeable when driving mostly slowly over bumps. another major issue was whenever i filled up the gas tank completely for the first 30 40 miles there would be a weird rumbling noise from the back.
