Q: Where should I send my insurance information?
A: Your insurance agent should send renewals, carrier changes, policies and/or cancellations to the address below. Any cancellations have to be received within 30 days of the effective date. Send to:

Q: How much insurance is needed?
A: The state that the contract was executed in dictates the max standard deductible allowed. Mercedes-Benz Financial should be listed as the loss payee on every one of the policies.
Q: What do I do if my car is stolen or in an accident?
A: Notify your insurance agent immediately and the Support Services Department Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET at 1-866-321-8351. Due to "DCFS USA LLC" being listed as the loss payee, insurance checks for repairs should be issued to both "DCFS USA LLC" and you jointly. To expedite the release of your vehicle from your body shop, send joint-payee checks promptly, prior to endorsing them, to the address underneath. Insurance checks over particular amounts might require the repairs to be physically inspected prior to Mercedes-Benz Financial endorsing the check. Enclose the name and phone number of the body shop and make note your account number on the check as well. Send to:
