The best part about the Masano Home Delivery service: you don’t ever have to step foot into one of our cutting-edge showrooms! (One of our showrooms boasts more square footage than the largest Walmart!). Tom Masano Auto Group is always on the hunt for new technology that makes your life easier. We work with you on your own time from the comfort of your home to help you find the vehicle of your dreams. You can get started with the following steps!
- Select your vehicle on our website and find the “Express Purchase” button.
- Select any upgrades you would like to add to your vehicle and decide if you would like contactless pickup or delivery.
- If you have a vehicle to trade, that is great! You can provide your trade information and we will complete a virtual vehicle appraisal!
- Customize your monthly payment and complete the safe and secure credit application.
– Once the form is submitted, a Tom Masano sales representative will call you to discuss delivery and address any questions you may have. Absolutely nothing is contractually obligated at this point.
– To reserve the vehicle, you will be asked for your driver’s license and insurance information, plus the registration, title, and 15 pictures of your car, provided you’re trading one in. You’ll also be asked to make a $500 down payment.
– We will deliver your vehicle as soon as the next business day. Delivery is free within 50 miles, even if you choose to return the car. If the vehicle is outside 50 miles, additional delivery time and a delivery fee will be required.
– At the time of delivery, you will need a check plus the title, keys, and keyless remotes for any vehicle you’re trading in. You will also need your driver’s license and insurance information present. We are following all of the CDC sanitization guidelines and utilizing contactless delivery methods.
– If you change your mind, it’s OK. You can reject the vehicle immediately for any reason. If it’s a pre-owned vehicle, you can return it for up to 8 days. We will even pick it up for free within 50 miles.
– After the first delivery, subsequent deliveries incur a $50 charge – but one that’s fully refundable should you purchase a vehicle with us.
