Tom Masano Mercedes-Benz has been my trusted source for Mercedes-Benz service since I moved to SE Penna. in 2021. After I purchased a very low mileage 2025 GLC-350e elsewhere this month, I scheduled an appointment with their Product Concierge, Michael Stocum, for a no-cost orientation to my new high-tech vehicle. Last Friday, Michael spent 1.5 hours teaching me about the features and answering my many many questions. What a great experience! I commend Tom Masano for keeping a Product Concierge after other dealers stopped this fabulous service during COVID. After meeting with Michael, I took my car to the service dept for an oil change and safety inspection. When the service advisor looked in their computer system they informed me that the car had Service A done only 5 months ago and was not due for next service until Nov. 2026. In the end, they performed a complementary safety inspection and told me everything is in great condition. Cost: none. In conclusion, this dealership was very generous to provide both these services to me on a car that wasn’t even purchased from them. I will continue to bring my Mercedes vehicles to them for any service needs and I offer my highest recommendation of this dealership.

I had a really great time here! I love German vehicles and Mercedes has been catching my eye lately. Mercedes screams luxury to me. I stopped in just to see what the vehicle is like because i never was in one/dont know anyone that owns one. Phil showed me around and I got to test drive the GLE450. That coupe look is so sharp. I purchased a 2024 Lexus TX 350 Premium from the Tom Masano dealership. The experience was FANTASTIC!!! From the time I walked in I was greeted, and asked to wait in the waiting area for my representative Nate. Just as walked over to have a seat Nate was there politely greeting me. Since purchasing my GLC 300 several years ago, I have always brought my car to be serviced at Tom Masano MB. The service dept is excellent—from the reminder calls that my inspection is due, helping me schedule an appt that is convenient ( and always offering the option for a loaner car) to clear communication on my car’s needs and always returning a clean car.

If you’re looking for a Mercedes then Tom Masano is the place to go and Nate R. is your man!! I have worked with Nate through several deals and he is always friendly, honest, quick to reply, and finds you exactly what you are looking for. Outstanding service! I called about an EQS they had for sale and Joe Cacchione was the salesperson who helped me. Curtis located the car I wanted, gave me a very competitive price, and had everything set up so that I was in and out of the dealership with a trade and all paperwork done in less than 30 minutes. This is the second Mercedes I’ve purchased from Tom Masano. I can’t say enough good things about my salesperson Joe. He was excellent at helping me get into the new GLS I wanted. We did a lot by text which was great since I live about an hour away. When I met in person to pick up my car he was personable and helpful with everything. If you are looking for a good dealership I would recommend Masano and ask for Joe C for a great experience!

Had a great experience leasing my latest Mercedes with Tom Masano Mercedes. Nate was very helpful and everything was done over text and a few phone calls. After driving an hour and a half I bad weather the new car was all ready to go. Trading in my old car and picking up the new one was quick and easy. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Eric DeMarte, the business manager who handled the transfer and registration paperwork was also very personable and ensured a smooth process. It was a no pressure experience which is often not the norm in buying a car. This is a dealership routinely selling a much higher priced vehicle. They treated us as if we were buying one of their new Mercedes even though the price of the pre-owned Tucson was much lower. I was impressed with my experience, and we are very happy with the car. I flew in to test drive the car and we were able to complete the sale on terms that were very satisfactory to me. The car was shipped to my house and came in pristine condition. He actually took time to understand my background (did you have a plug-in hybrid before and etc) to make the new feature introduction very effective. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. And the deal I got was phenomenal, to say the least. I'll mention one major thing that stood out to me, and that's the honesty of the staff, especially the finance manager. I did my research before making a deal, and not only everything the finance manager said checked out, but he also gave us some good advice for the future, which was the cherry on top. Emily and her team are amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have an older Mercedes C300 that needs a lot of work done. They have been so helpful and reasonable with everything. As most people know, Mercedes are very expensive vehicles to repair; instead of pressuring me into making a decision/spending a lot of money right away, they went over all of my options and only want to do what I am comfortable with doing. The only problem they are “pushing” for me to get fixed is a recall that is 100% covered by Mercedes extended warranty. They want me to get the FREE repair done to ensure my safety while driving the vehicle!! They make customers their #1 priority. I highly highly recommend!

Reasonable, trustworthy, knowledgeable SERVICE TEAM here!! Transferred from a West Chester dealership and, in comparison, feel like I'm treated like a queen! They return calls, listen to their customers, and even when the car news is bad, they talk you through it in a really respectful way. There are no expectations of bottomless wallets or of hoity Mercedes drivers. Kinda like your hometown hardware store... they just get it.

Our 2014 Leisure Travel Van Mercedes Sprinter developed and oil leak 3 hours into our 2 month travel vacation. We went the Camper World in Hamburg Pa. They were very patient over several weeks working with me to identify the best car I was looking for including all the specific features that I needed, they found it for me and I felt fairly treated in the negotiation of the price, and they walked me through everything about the car after it came in. Very professional and informative team including Curtis Sikes and Brian the finance manager and the general manager Phil Hart and Tom their appraiser for the car I traded in. They have an excellent MBUX experience technician who can walk you through all its features. I also interacted with the service department a few days later to iron out a few glitches with my CarPlay system And connect out my dash cam to the existing 12 V outlet. The service manager Chris is professional and courteous and explained to me everything the service team did and why it was done.

I recently purchased a 2025 GLE350 from Tom Masano Mercedes in Reading, PA, and had the pleasure of working with Salesperson German Arroyo, Business Manager Brian Ingham, and Concierge Michael Stocum. Despite a few minor bumps along the way, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. I was treated with respect and genuinely felt "at home" throughout the process. Between my wife and I, we've owned six Mercedes vehicles over the past twenty years. After two decades with another dealership, I reached out to Tom Masano when my usual dealership was too busy to assist me with this purchase (they were too busy with "real" customers, I kid you not). I initially submitted an online inquiry about a preowned vehicle, aiming to downsize, and received a prompt response from Catie McCulla. After clarifying that I preferred not to be contacted over the weekend, she assured me that German would reach out during business hours. He did, and after discussing the vehicle, he provided me with a quote and an estimated trade-in value for my 2021 BMW X7. As our conversation progressed, I decided to shift gears and opted for a new GLE. Within hours, we reached a verbal agreement, and I picked up my new GLE350 yesterday—I couldn’t be happier! Brian was thorough in walking me through the financial aspects of the purchase, and once we wrapped up, German introduced me to Michael, who provided an in-depth overview of the car's features and navigation options.
